Constant force bottom chord truss - construction

Description
The form of the truss is found graphically by specifying a constant force in the bottom chord. The design is based on the dominant load case, a uniformly distributed load. In mode 1, use the slider to go through the construction steps: 1) constructing the load line and determining the reaction forces; 2-4) representing the constant force in the bottom chord F (bottom chord) as a radius around point i in the force diagram; 5) determining the forces in the top chord and going around the first node; 6-9) going around the subsequent nodes and completing the force diagram.
